DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE COFFEE AND COOKIES

This guy Mark who used to work at this outlet seemed like such a nice salesperson. We were offered coffee and cookies while waiting for the transaction to be generated for the 2 seater couch that we have ordered on 19.10.13. Unfortunately the nice experience stopped as soon as the salesperson has received his commission! He promised that the couch will be delivered within 6 weeks - I am still waiting as I type this complaint. In the meantime we went back to order a bedroom suite. I could see how Mark still boasted with his colleagues about the good deal as we left the store. The bedroom suite arrived about a week later than promised and also at 17H40 although they told me that deliveries will take place before 17H00. The guys did not have time to assemble the bed - we did it afterwards ourselves only to discover that we had to drill our own holes to fit the legs and that the wrong pedestals were delivered. I went back to look for Mark only to discover that he left the company. We then dealt with Candice who made several delivery promises that she did not keep. They have all our money, but we still do not have our pedestals and couch! By the way the number 0861717273 doesn't work!
