I used to be very impressed with [URL Removed] I hardly ever had issues, but the past 6 months I experienced a serious drop in their service delivery level. What a pity!! (Maybe they cannot handle the increased demand...)

I ordered a book beginning of December. They notified me that the book would be delivered on 17 December. Later it changed to 20 December. On 24 December they sent sms to say that it would not be delivered before Christmas. That was the last time I heard from them. I tried to track the parcel. No luck. I sent mail to them on 6 Jan. No response. I finally got an answer yesterday - they though one supplier had stock, but it did not have stock and they could not locate another book. They cancelled my order. I am still waiting for re-payment. I just wonder why could they not inform me earlier that they could not track down a book. I could have bought one at Exclusive books... And the worst part - because THEY cancelled my order I forfeit the Kalahari Gift voucher they sent me last year. I used the voucher for payment. I am not happy
