No delivery

On the 11/01/2013 I purchased a couch from Furniture City Southgate value mart Gauteng.

At the time the sales lady told me that they had 7 in stock at the warehouse. I asked them to deliver the following Saturday as I would be at work during the week.

The following Saturday the 19/01/2013 no one showed up to deliver I was also told that they would call during the week to confirm delivery which never happened.

I had to call in myself to check on the delivery only to find out that they had no stock, I gave them an extra week to see if they could arrange something else for me but they now say that the factory does not even make the couch anymore.

They are willing to refund me but I have to go and pick up cash from them at my inconvenience.

In conclusion I have been sold a product that was discontinued and now have to run around to get my money back from them, at least if they offered me a entry level lounge suit for the same price as the couch it would have been ok but they didn't even do that.
