I ordered two girls bicycles from your online store which is run by Wantitall. I emailed and telephonically asked them to deliver two girls bicycles. They charged quite a lot for delivery and I thought that I'd pay it because they are saving me time and it's convenient. The bicycles arrived later than expected and there was one boys and one girls bicycle. I informed them and told them that I needed the other girls bicycle nine days after they delivered because of my nieces birthday. They asked if I could exchange it at my closest Makro because they will not be able to swap it by then. I reluctantly said yes because I did not get what I paid for. I took the bicycle to Makro Ottery and everything went smoothly (thank you) - in and out... no hassels. I attempted to assemble the bicycle two days after the birthday (I was very busy), and discovered that the front brake was faulty and it looked used. I really do not have the time and patience to exchange the bicycle. If I do exchange it, which will only be this Saturday, I will need to be reimbursed for my time and fuel. I have to listen to an eight year old girl moan because her twin has a bicycle and she cannot ride hers.
