Good Afternoon,

I got an SMS from Digital Planet this morning stating that my ordered parcel is on it's way (great news!) I made contact and said please schedule delivery for 20 to 24 December or from 6 January onwards at a different address if they can't make the delivery in the first few days.
Next thing I get an SMS this afternoon that delivery is scheduled for 30 December. Why in the world did I spent 20 minutes on the phone (holding on for about 16 before getting through to an operator) to make sure that my parcel get delivered correctly, if the operator obviously ignored my request completely. I've wasted money and time for nothing.
Can somebody from digital planet please contact me to make another arrangement.
