Gobi?

Is Kalahari running a with their Gobi reader?
Why is it that I can download and pay for books but cannot read them!
I have called the call centre 7 times and am basically stuck with a useless device.
My last call on Wednesday 11th December ended with me requesting to speak to a manager regarding my ongoing issues and the agent assured me that a manager would get in touch within 2 hours. It is now 48 hours and guess whether I have been contacted???
Last Friday when I called I was asked for my username and password on both kalahari and adobe - claiming that was the only way they would be able to find out what's wrong. I wasn't keen but gave the passwords because the promise was that I would have it sorted by end of day and then I could change the passwords - again that never happened.
