Failure to deliver parcels ordered from website

I ordered a parcel on the Kalahari website on Sunday. This parcel was advertised as a 24 hour dispatch and delivery. It is now Thursday and i still have not had my parcel delivered! I have called the call centre 6 times already over a 4 day period to try and ascertain the where abouts of my parcel and NOBODY has any feedback! Where is my parcel? What kind of 24 hour dispatch and delivery service is this?!?! Completely unacceptable!!
