Only 3 assistants in the whole store

Its just bad luck that I find myself at this particular store this morning. Firstly there was no one at the change rooms and after waiting like an 4 7 mins I just went in. Secondly there are only 3 assistants in the entire store, one at the entrance, only one behind the til and the other is signing up customers for accounts. So what exactly is the problem? The problem is that since I started writing this complaint there have been 13 people ahead of me in queue for payments and atleast 5 behind me. I have already spend close 2 30mins in this queue and to add a cherry on top there is no air conditioning at all.
The assistants are taking their time seems like they cud care less about servicing their clients as quickly and effeciently as is possible
Upon completing this complaint I am number 8 in queue.
