3 Bad Experiences in less than 2 weeks

1. Standing in queue of about 8 ladies waiting to pay, cashier responds to my question that she is the only cashier as the other one has gone on tea. Nevermind the long queue of ladies waiting to be attended to.
2. Tried phoning Edgars Canal Walk this morning, 3 attempts, 15 minutes in total. The phone just not answered. Phone customer toll free, tell her I get no answer, she tries herself anyway and keeps me holding to eventually tell me what I told her. Took my number to email to store manager to phone me.
3. Website, no way of getting to view "Revlon" products, keeps taking you back to the same menu options.
4. Website, no way of getting to view Stone Harbour products, keeps taking you back to the same menue options.
Is Edgars going out of their way to frustrate their clients? If so, what's the point of revamping the stores? They won't have any customers to service there eventually anyway.
