Bad Service

I got into yhe store and purchased 6 pairs of shoes, The 6th pair I did not have size on the colour I liked and they checked for meat the oother store in Menlyn whereby they confirmed that my size was there. They made me pay for the 6 pairs then go and exchange at the other shop, I walked in and the sales lady says to me there is no size. I went back to the original store they all laughing just because they wanted to reach their sales targets. They then checked for me at Sunnypark ny size was there and the lady who was communicating with Sunnypark and said a customer wants to purchase not an exchange. When I got there I asked for the shoes and when I told the lady its an exchange she nearly did not want to assist me. They phoned Menlyn immediately and I could hear from.the background that they shifting blames at each other. I'm so unhappy about this kind of service. They must be taught customer service and they not professional. If I were to rate their service I would give them 0/10
