Shocking attitude

I spent close to R2000 yesterday and the lady at the till was shocking - she didn't reply when I said hello and literally rolled her eyes at me. Management were just as bad when I got a lecture host the grapes hadn't been weighed!! It was appalling! I wish I had said something but was literally speechless. The store was very. Yay but it was no excuse.
