Shocking service with poor attitude staff

Shocking display of service ever experienced, my wife was at the store to purchase clothes, waited more than 45 min in a queue with one cashier, eventually another strolls to another till, shocking attitude, started clearing and cleaning her work station which was disgusting, before assisting my wife, the store is dusgusting and untidy with clothes lying all over the place.
My wife noticed at lease 2 customers leaving the queue and their clothes to shop elsewhere.last time we will frequent that store
