Absolutely Shocking Service

You cannot even complain about the service at this store because THERE IS NO SERVICE AT ALL! As a person that works in the same centre and purchases from this store everyday it is shocking to think that you cant even complain to the staff because they either ignore you or look at you as though you are crazy. There is never anyone working in the Cheese bar, you have to ask just to get served and then the staff treat you as though they are doing you a favour when in actual fact WE PAY THEIR SALARIES! There are never more than three tills open for customers and if you are in a rush dont even bother going into the store because it will take you at least 20 minutes just to get to the till. Where is the management in the store??
