Rudest cashier eve

I am a loyal picknpay customer and was shocked yesterday when i encountered such an attitude from a cashier. I wanted to purchase green chillies and had not weighed the chillies as there was nobody at weighing point at the time. I then continued to shop and only realised at the till that the chillies had not been weighed. I then told the cashier to request somebody to do it for me. She responded by saying I must do it myself as there was nobody in the store to do it. I told her i will not walk back to do it because there should of been somebody there to do it. She then said i have no ubuntu, and my parents never educated me. Is this the service that i was paying for? Can somebody tell her if she is so educated she wouldnt be sitting behind the till.
