Three weeks and no parcel

I will never order from them again. This morning has been three weeks since I have ordered and paid my parcel. After phoning everyday, and waiting for them to return my call as they promised, because they don't know where the parcel are, and still no returned call, I phoned this morning AGAIN and then they told me, that the parcel has never left the warehouse, but since they now know where it is, they will send the courier for pickup. So we will see if we if the parcel arrives!
