Samsung Laundry Machine - 2 months no solution

Our top loader fully automatic Samsung washing machine failed during a normal wash (SE error message was displayed). This was still within the warranty period. We reported the matter to the store (Beares formerly Lubners - West Street, Kempton Park JHB). They indicated they will revert shortly, and send a Samsung technician to fix the problem. It took literally 6 weeks to send the said technician (after making repeated phone call follow ups). The technician came in & repaired it - a good man. The same evening in washing, the same error recurred, barely an hour after he left. We notifed him by sms. He responded after about a week. He was gonig to come and fix it that same week. This was before Christmas. He didnt revert or call to this very day. We reported this to the store in Dec again. They were going to cal him and revert to us immediately with a way forward. Now it is 16 Jan nothing has happened- not even the promised phone call. It is now about 3 months and the machine is still not working.
Is it Samsung or Beares to sort this matter out? Why not sorting it quickly and once and for all. Should it take so long even to notify the client on any outcome? Disappointed!
