I would like compliment Lexmark Printer Support for the absolutely excellent service I have received from them. They have been extremely professional in sorting out the printer issue I had. I contacted the call centre regarding the bad printing quality I was getting from my printer. They guided me through a firmware update which unfortunately did not solve the problem. The technical consultant who was assisting me then asked me to print a test page which he wanted me to e-mail to the support centre. Unfortunately the telepnonic connection was lost. I then e-mailed the support centre who responded and assisted me further. The final result was that Lexmark replaced the printhead which was faulty and supplied me with a set of new ink cartridges free of charge. I received these via courier yesterday. My printer is now working perfectly again. There many companies who can take a leaf out of the Lexmark support teams book. Thank you Lexmark.
