Incredible Connection
Surprised by great service

I recently bought a printer from the Incredible Connection at Cresta. As an IT architect for very large clients in a sales capacity I wasn't expecting much when I walked into the shop. Boy was I in for a very pleasant surprise. I was immediately asked by Mandla if he could help (a very different experience from the one I had just had in GAME) He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and I bought the printer. When I got home I discovered that the HP printer did not specify that it supported Windows 8. I took it back to the shop where a technical guy helped me by finding that HP did in fact have a driver for Windows 8 even though the box and the website did not have it listed. There was a general "happy" feel in the shop which contributed to a positive experience (even the security lady had a big smile)
