Lead by example

I alwys shop at Checkers with my family but the last tym i will set a foot at any Checkers Hyper as from the
20th after i went to the Fourways hyper and at exactly 18;45 then as i was still going around doing my shopping one of the staff reminded me of their tym to knock off i had to rush everything then when i got to the tills thecashiers attitude real sucked as they moaned and groaned about time up, the i needed to leave some stuff behind, WITH THE CASHIERS attitude she called Rhani whom when she came she for a void she came and started scornful complaining of how irritating people are they will never go home early she then screamed to one staff to tell the other customers to go pay as they wanted to go home how on earth will a front of house controller behave like that is she not paid over time and its not customers place to know wt time is she going home is she not there to lead by example is customers satisfaction a priority why will the staff treat customers as baggers, we all come there with different reasons and respect, i would love to share my little knowledge of customer service with them as it irritates am a very annoyed customer.
