Double Billed and not reimbursed

On sunday the 23rd June 2013, I went into debonairs gateway foodcourt, and purchased a pizza for R84.90, I paid with debit card and was informed that the transaction did not go through, I was then asked to pay at the steers next door. I was told by the manager SBU that if the transaction did go through twice I would be reimbursed immediately.

On Wednesday the 26th June 2013, I had noticed that the transaction for R84.90 had gone through twice on my bank statement. I then approached debonairs and spoke to Deon the manager that I would be reimbursed on that day. Up until today, I have still not received my reimbursement of R84.90 nor any proof or confirmation of payment. I have made numerous telephone calls, went their personally and sent numerous texts all the time being promised that I would be reimbursed, I have requested for the owner of the franchise to contact me, however they are unable to provide this information.

Could you be so kind as to assist me in obtaining my reimbursement of R84.90 and reimbursed for the inconvenience caused.
