Phone at TYPO CENTURION

Shops, Products, Services

On saturday 14 of December I went to Typo (Associated with Cotton ON) in Centurion with the hope to get a friend a birthday gift. When I arrived at the store, I was approached by a guy whom I later learned is the store manager. This guy told me that everything in the store is goiing for 30%. I told him I am still looking, the store suddenly became packed with people and I felt a shoving against my bag, l looked but there were sales people and customers. I left the store as soon as I felt like it was getting too growded and due to the fact that I suspected someone was trying to something. I left and headed to the escalators, as I am walking I realised my phone was gone. I went back to the store literally 2 min l went to the first guy who approached me who later pretended he has never seen me before. i was so frustrated because I had a chat with him the first time I went into that store. The same guy told me to go to the brand manager who was utterly useless. I asked if the store has any cameras and I was told nothing. I am so disappointed that this was treating so poorly when I got to that store, it was like any unfortunate incident to them. No disregard for thier customers.
