DECOFURN INACTION AFTER LEAVING ME WITHOUT CHAIRS

After failing last week to have our dinner table chairs in stock for collection (despite insisting that we rush to collect them as they had no space to store them and other furniture we bought) which we paid for and not bothering to respond/communicate after my calls.decofurn only responded after my hellopeter complaint that they now had the chairs in stock...
Well, that's very nice since they insisted that they were there in the first place were not and especially when we paid transport to pick them up for nothing... so no apologetic attempt to deliver them or the least sense of basic customer service to follow up, we are just merely expected to cough up more money for delivery a second time otherwise we wont get our chairs... totally unimpressed, after all the money I spent and please stop sending me your spam/ unsolicited marketing, I NEVER CONSENTED TO SUCH&CERTAINLY WILL NOT BE SPENDING ANOTHER CENT IN YOUR SHOPS!
