Phone in store

On Saturday the 14th of September my phone was out of my handbag in the Mr Price Woodmead clothing store. I immediately shouted and ran to the front of the store to get the help of the entrance security. She stared at me blankly and ignored me. I then asked to please have no one further leave the store and to be able to have everyone's bags searched - which they couldn't allow. I had to scream at the manager, when he eventually arrived, to at least do something to help me.

Mr Price has no procedure for things like this, they were useless at helping me or even to make me feel as if they had heard and understood my problem. Worse still, there are no cameras in store and the manager told me this is not the first time it has happened!

I was appalled by the assistance I got in the store and by the lack of security in place to deter and avoid instances like this. I would like Mr Price to contact me with a suggestion, not only of how to make my situation better but also how they plan to avoid this happening to other customers.
