I learnt on the 14/12/13 that there was on my account when I went to settle my account at South gate mall, there was apparently a purchase of 17 000 on my account and I was told the amount due to be paid was R1 745, I paid the said amount knowing that it would be half of the balance I needed to pay to settle my account. I then went to the police station to get an affidavit and I completed forms and sent them to an 012 number provided along with a copy of my ID on the 18/12/18 to a lady by the name of Chandre she confirmed she had not received the fax and gave me an email address to send the forms to... it has been over a week and I have not received a single phone call to at least acknowledge receipt of my email. I just need the mess sorted so that I can pay what I know I owe. not the ridiculous amount they are talking about. I would never buy clothes for R17000.
