I placed an order with Kalahari on the 11th of December. After placing the order, I remembered that the name of the street on my delivery address has changed.
I sent them an email (also on the 11th), requesting assistance, since I couldn't find a place on their site to change the address for orders already placed.
I received a reply from Zuhaa Anthony on the 15th (yes, 4 days late!), telling me that I can change my contact details on their web site.
They obviously didn't read my first email.
I then replied, telling them that according to their site the package has gone out for delivery, and that I needed a resolution on the same day.
Now, 2 days later, I'n still waiting for their reply, and I don't know if the courier will be able to find me.
The package contains a gift that I have to give to someone tomorrow.
I've never had this type of pathetic service from Amazon, but it seems that Kalahari is trying to bark with the big dogs, while they just don't have what it takes.
