Manager shouting at a custome

Yesterday morning at da above mentioned shop, the manager and customer had a dispute n da manager was shouting at da customer in front of other customers n she even said to that customer "she doesn't care who the customer calls" I'm definitely not goin back to dat shop if dis is da kind of service i'll receive if im dissatisfied with something, even if da customer is wrong, you don't say that to them!
