Unproffessional behaviou

Yesterday while shopping at the broom aisle I heard a manager shouting his colligue on the sales floor in front of customers and other staff. I did not like the way He was shouting..he was talking as if talking to a small boy to an old man. What if his wife and kids were around to see their father belittled by another man, even if he was on wrong he should have called him in the office and shouted him there, not where everybody was watching: this showed unprofessionalism from a store manager. He should know better and be a good example. This was not the first time I see him do this, he must just change his attitude.
