Manager SHOUTS at staff in front of custome

Went to the Cash Crusaders at Florida this morning looking for a specific video cable. Due to the stores layout the cables are unfortunately behind the counter. I asked one of the sales ladies if I could just look at the cables and she said I may go ahead. All the time that I was looking at the cables the lady was right there next to me. After I had left the manager came out and screamed at the staff stating that she doesn't want customers behind the counter while I was still in the store and that made me feel so welcome at the store. I understand that they have to look out for and that, but making your customers feel like is not on. I had the sales lady right next to me and I am not sure if the stupid manager was blind and could not see this. Just out of principal that the manager had no tact in dealing with the matter I will not shop at the store and I will tell everyone not to buy from them. If you ask me the place that they have the cables is stupid so who is actually at fault I think the manager who can't lay the shop out right and for her tactless way in which she spoke to the staff while the customer was still in the store. I dont even want her to call me!!
