Poor service and failure to supply accordingly

On the website a special was advertised for gobii 7" wifi tablets at R1399.00 including R320 free vouchers.
I ordered 3 and received them with R120 vouchers each. This mess up is irritating and a phone call to rectify the matter has meant I am still on the call centre line for 40 minutes now.
These mistakes are a sense of false advertising or irresponsible checks and no quality control on the packaging or dispatch side.
I will never buy another item on this website. Beware to other on line shoppers!!!
Th fact that I am still holding on tells one this company is handling a large volume of copmplaints
