False advertising

I have ordered and paid for OEM iPhone Earphones with Volume Control and when I received the product it did in fact not have volume control neither is it OEM. The description clearly said Brand new Apple earphones, with in-line microphone and volume control. also the picture they provide for the product is that of an original apple earphones with volume controls. I have a screen shot of this as proof, if need be.
I have contacted them online and sent two emails through their online complaints submission form. I have not received anything back from them.
I insist that they give me what I paid for, which is Brand new Apple earphones, with in-line microphone and volume control.
Please assist me in this matter.
