False Advertising

My experience with the online shopping has been absolutely appalling. I've never come across a more disorganised website and customer service department. I initially registered on the website to purchase 1 item from the liquor section that was on special but when I added it to my cart, it was not available for the mulbarton area however I then call the contact centre, and they confirm that Mulbarton and Woodmead both have stock and my order was amended to add this item. The item as described on the website and the picture advertised is the only reason I ordered it. I called the contact centre 3 times to ensure that the Johnny walker platinum would arrive in this exact container, which the agent confirmed that it would otherwise PNP would NOT advertise it. I was then told Mulbarton DOES NOT even have a liquor section therefore it is an error, I asked if wood mead has stock to which once again I was told yes. I decided to drive to woodmead from mulbartonWhen I get there the guy shows me a Johnny walker platinum on special R789 but in a completely different simple box and the one I wanted was not on special and priced at R1299. All I can say FALSE ADVERTISING.
