Incorrect Brackets supplied

I bought the 87 wheel caps from these guys. When my order was received i noticed that the right size of wheel caps was supplied and the wrong brackets were supplied. I then contact these guys to let them know so that they can sort this out, I am now told that i have to send them back so that they can make arrangements. My frustration is the fact that i had to pay a shipping cost for my order and if i return the order they expect me to pay for the shipping for the return. I am now sitting with wheel caps that can not fit really really disappointed.
