Foschini
Poor, Poor Poor service

I went in to the Foschini store in the Secunda Mall to assist me with a new card as mine was a few weeks ago. Unfortuanetly the kind lady (Senzi) could not assist me because the store does not have a fax machine and we had to send through a copy of my marriage certificate. (Which I handed in 5 times previously at the the other Secunda branch to update my personal details) On Senzi's advise I went to the other Secunda branch for assistance as they have a fax machine. The assistant (Andile) was extremly rude and not helpfull. She looked at my papers, clicked her tongue and said she cannot help me. We got into an argument and she started swearing and screaming at me in front of other customers. I have never been so belittled and humiluated in my life. The store manager tried to silence her, but she did not even listen to her. I am very upset and will never buy anythig from any Foschini agian. I will be closing my account with Foschini as well because I do not support the value system shown by their employees.
