Supply of Incorrect Coolant Caps

I was supplied with incorrect Coolant Caps which failed and has caused damage to my Mondeo 2.5 Si's engine, I've E-Mailed and phoned Ryantia, Edward, Mariell and Vernon Bampton, it's been three months but still have no reply.
