Slow service and order incorrect

I ordered caps from Phonycs, it took almost a month to receive my order. I had to phone and email on a regular basis to find out what was going on. Finally when I received my order the caps were of poor quality as well as done incorrectly.
I am very unhappy with the service and the amount of effort I had to put in to receive an unsatisfactory delivery.
