Hyper Mania Promotion Failure

Today I visited hyper by the sea, hyper mania was displayed everywhere and the whole time shopping I heard over the PA system that for every R500 you spend you get to pick a voucher out a box and get that amount of points. I spent just over R500, went to the front of the store and joined the line of people waiting for a turn. There were 2 promotional girls, a man with a mic and another man holding the box. No one directed the people on how this promotion was being run. I stood in the queue for 10 minutes with the people handing over their till slips and getting their turn then suddenly when I was second in the queue the guy with the mic started calling peoples names and people that were not even in the queue were coming forward to draw from the box, then the lady behind me was called forward, I was standing right in front of these promotional people and totally ignore! A total failure in customer satisfaction and a real waste of time!
