Really bad service

Hi, I have applied for payday advance loan at cash converters mall at reds 2weeks ago and the lady that assisted me Caroline approved the loan all she wanted was proof of resident, pay slip and bank statement I did that and I went there on 7/12/13 and I was told Caroline was off therefore no one can assist me. The Monday 9/12/13 I called Caroline if I can come in on Saturday 14/12/13 she informed me that they don't except bank statement that are 4 days older from the day it was printed, so I had to go back again meaning more bank charges to do another statement Karen assisted me and then I was turned away on the 14/12/13 as the address I have in my name was from my previous place and it was not even a month old, I was told that myself and my fiance? have to go to the police station to make affidavit to prove that I live with him as I haven't changed my address, called this morning 16/12/13 was told Karen (boss/owner) was available went there in 10 we got there we were told she just left we must come back after 2pm we called at 2pm before leaving the house we were told shes in we got the ASAP JP told us she just left, this is bad service unless if our business is not good enough
