Loss of application

I went to the store saturday after standing for 15 min in new acc I had to ask the receptionist if anyone is going to help me. She then told me that the section is closed for the day, however I can complete a application and they will fax it off on Monday. I completed the application for her in the storeand waited for a response until yesterday when we phoned and was then told that there is no application for me therefor nothing was submitted so almost my entire saturday afternoon was waisted standing there conpleting the application which was most probably just through in the bin. This now means I have to most probably reapply and wait another week as our HR department is not open over weekends. If this is the kind of service they give their potential client then I choose not to be a customer of Edgars.
