Sometime ago I walked into Woolworths N1 City and asked the consultant if the insurance on my account cover retrenchment and the lady advised me that it does I also phoned your call centre last week to check that all is in order and another lady confirmed that all is in order (I would really like you to listen to that conversation recording)
When I took my retrenchment documentation to your N1 City branch yesterday I was told that I am not covered.
I'm utterly disgusted and disappointed at the level of customer service I received from a brand that is suppose to be TOP CLASS.
