DISGUSTING ATTITUDE!

I applied online to open an edgars account, and when i was told about some unknown amount i must pay, i got a bit confused and tried to ask the lady what she was referring to, she got snotty with me being very rude. I asked her not to worry and told her to cancel my application as i cant deal with the rudeness. When trying to open an account at pavilion edgars instead as i thought it would be easier to do it there than online, they told me it would take 30 minutes to restart the application. I was told they would contact me and I've heard nothing after a week, I explained the lady on the phone was very rude and that is why i declined and she acted as if it was my fault! I phoned today to find out what was going on and am now being told i must wait 3 months to restart the application because i declined!
