I just wanted to take a minute to let you know that your Customer Service representative Siyabonga Nkala (till packer) did a champion job for me. I don't hesitate to complain when necessary, so it's important to let the compliments flow when appropriate, and it isnt often that i do.
Siyabonga whom decided to make conversation with myself and my daughter and offered a beautiful smile, just said all of the right things and offered kind gestures, he did make our day and has us coming back to your store.
His manner, approach, and knowledge genuinely helped me and I want you to know what a good job he did with me. The entire experience resulted in me wanting to come back to your store every time i needed something, even if it means me driving all the way across town.i would highly appreciate if it was brought to his attention, that he is doing such a wonderful job and he should keep it up.the attention and concern shown to my family made us feel like more than just a customer.please i ask for siyabonga to be told of his wonderful service and we will be visiting just for him.
