Yesterday I put my complaint and within an hour George called me. He listened to my concern and resolved it within minutes. He is one good member of this company; he explained why things happened the way they did and he was polite, he really put himself in my shoes and kept his promise. He told me that he would refund my money in a jiffy and he did. I don't know how he calculated it but I'm just glad that he at least did something and on the time he had promised.

He did the most important thing, KEPT ME IN THIER BOOKS. I am a delighted customer at this point. Thank you George...?
