EMPTY PROMISES

I have bought coaches and a chair on the 14th of December 2013. I have requested to be deliverd on the 17th of December 2013, a promise was made that I will receice a phone call to confirm my delivery and till today I have received no phone call. I have spoken to the branch on the 16th of December and the message was that the wearhouse is waiting for the truck to be full before delivering to Secunda. This morning I have contacted the wearhouse order department and the message is that deliveries is only be made in Secunda on Saturdays. This is unacceptable, I have paid delivery fees to be deliverd on the 17 th of December and expect delivery. The fact that it has also been communicated the delivery will be maybe on Saturday depends on the truck and order for Secunda. This is not acceptable, if you pay for something I suspect service. I have paid cash of almost R26 000 and I need my goods to be deliverd as promised.
