Totally ignored

I was at the Hillfox food lovers market with a friend doing her shopping, she normally buys the 4 for R100 wine special that runs at the shop but she saw that it was now 5 for R100.
Within half an hour I returned to the shop to purchase my own deal but the 'special' was over.
The teller (Sibusiso) was articulate, friendly & helpful, he called his supervisor to assist me.
Well, the supervisor (named Thuli) has not one ounce of people skills & was blatantly rude, shoving past me to talk to the teller, I was not greeted or asked what the issue was, I was invisible.
While the teller spoke to me in English, Thuli preferred to not bother with a language I spoke because to her I did not exist. She walked off to the isle looked at the price, which obviously stated the new price, I could have saved her the walk if she had bothered to ask, she walked back to the teller, didn't even glance at me, stated the price was & left.
I have no problem with a price changing, perhaps it was incorrect when it was first put up, I do have a problem with people who should not be in a supervisor position when they are obviously rude & incompetent.
Sibusiso, I will only return because of your great service.
