VERY disappointed Service

I am VERY disappointed with the delivery service of [URL Removed]
I used to buy from Kalahari on a regular basis. Unfortunately their delivery service is causing them to lose their market share.
I placed an order, which was scheduled for delivery on the 7th of Nov. Today is the 8th and I still don't have my order.
Using their courier (Berco aramex) tracking site, shows that the tracking number wasn't found. So I guess I should receive my order only on Monday the 11th.

I suggest to everyone to use [URL Removed] Their service is Spectacular.
Deliveries are on-time, and 9 of 10 times delivered sooner than expected.
I have placed orders with them at 7am, and by 12am, I already had my order in my hands.

Kalahari might as well close down. This is the general feeling from everyone I know, who used to buy from them.
