2nd Complaint within a week

Order #1000847685. This order was placed on the 22nd of November, last week after I sent an email and no response received I went onto Facebook and placed my details there. So that was a flop because my order was cancelled by you because of no stock, so I went to 9 different shopping centers (NOT JOKING) and finally found it, I still don't have my money paid back into my account from the previous order and now I will be waiting for this as well, I doubt I will have the money back into my account before 2014, thanks for promising the world and not delivering at all. This is insane, are you guys just 2 busy to attend to any of the clients??? you know it's x-mas time and what it's like so why do you do this? I will be taking my business somewhere else and advise all to do the same.
