Very Bad service i have delivered their KILLARNEY GARDENS branch. I spent R6000 and They promised me to assemble my goods at home and They would charge me R600 to assemble 6 goods. But they didnt.
i have manage to assembled 5 goods. I have took back Titan 5 draw chest and i charged me R200 for assembling for it.
i have paid R1000 for product and R200 for assembling? Just Rip-Off. I will not recommend this place anyone anymore. Also i couldnt see any manager on duty. Looks like none of staff was interesting with my problem. Horrible attitude... It is not Decofurn This place is DECOBURN!!!
