Parcel issues again!!!

After my episode last week with regards to my order being cancelled due system glitch and now i have an issue with regards to delivery times.

I orderd a parcel on the 11th and the expected delivery date was the end of this week and when i logged on today its shows the expected delivery date is the 2nd of january!

Why was i not notified about this? its unacceptable! i phone the call centre and they say they dont have a supplier for the item, then why advertise it? and say you have stock on the website???

i gave you guys the benefit of the doubt last time, i will not do this again! i refuse to order from you people this is getiing ridiculous!!

The call centre agent also calmly tell me that to be honest the parcel will probably be later than the 2 January???

Cant believe this!!!

Khalahari you will loose all you customers like this!!!
