Embarrasing moment, pathetic customer service

Cna has goods displayed outside the store, as I walk in I see a monopoly set marked R49.50 I took the the box with the price on it to the teller and ask if that's the price, Mika then shouts at me telling she marked the items and that price was not on the box, in a manner implying that I had put the price on there!!! 1stly I did not appreciate her tone, 2ndly there were other customers there which had all heard what was being said which was very embarassing! I have been a customer at CNA clearwater mall for the past 7 years and I am disgusted at the service I received. The matter could have been delt with in a professional and ethical manner. I then called the store to speak to the manager (Molefe) who didn't even ask for my name or contact details, just said he will take it up with her!
