Smoking in Office in the store in front of cust!

I had the unfortunate pleasure of having to go Mica Benoni on the 14/12/2013, when I walked in the Owner/Manager was sitting in his office, door and window open FREAKING SMOKING inside the store. the cigarette smoke could be smelt through the front shop.
On the 15/12/2013 I had to go back again, my mistake, the cigarette smoke permeated through out the store and was like a cloud hanging in the store.
Mica, is this how you LET you owner managed stores be run by people who blatantly ignore the laws of the country. Maybe I should report this to the health department as well. DEAL WITH QUICKLY!!!
